I am in the fitness industry since 2019. As a beginner and being a woman, there was always confusion in choosing my goal. There’s a myth that weightlifting makes a woman look manly, whereas it actually makes a woman strong physically and mentally. I started going to the gym with the mindset of losing weight and getting in good shape. Little did I know that weightlifting plays a key role in shaping your body.
Age doesn’t matter if your really crave for fitness . Exercise is important as we age , it decreases the risk of illness and various diseases, improves muscular strength and decrease joint pain .
